Impulse Sensors

Speed sensors for measuring and controlling are impulse transmitters for physical input quantity rotational speed, velocity and distance in connection with a gear wheel or pole piece of ferromagnetic material which has been mounted on the shaft

IMPSENSOR

Electromagnetic Impulse Sensors

The electromagnetic sensors are active transmitter (bicycle dynamo principle).

They are used used at high speeds and high ambient temperatures up to 230 ° C. In the special version, the sensors are radiation-resistant.

Types:

EG 512 A, EG 512 B, EG 518 A, EG 518 B, EG 522 A, EG 522 B

HF 2-wire Namur Sensors

This impulse sensor is used to scan a pole wheel attached to the shaft. It is used for simple speed monitoring tasks with low resolution and for systems with high electromagnetic low-frequency interference fields.

Type:

HFG 720

Incrementale Impulse Sensor

In connection with a pole wheel (module 1) the impulse sensor triggers 2 rectangular signals 90° phase delayed with complementary signal. It is especially suitable as actual value transmitter for control tasks as well as for detection of rotation direction.

The sensor meets highest demands regarding important surrounding condi- tions as dirt, pressure, temperature, oil and EMC.

Type:

FDG 818

Hall Effect Impulse Sensors

The impulse sensors are used to scan pole wheels from module 1. The sensor works in the frequency range 0 – 15 kHz. They are used for high-resolution measurement and monitoring tasks. Thanks to the built-in signal amplifier, longer cable lengths can be bridged.

Types:

FG 612 A, FG 612 B, FG 618 A, FG 618 B, FG 622 A, FG 622B
