Quality Policy – Our Guidelines

The consistently high quality of our products and services is one of the foundations of our successful business. For us, quality means providing products that meet requirements at the right time and in the right place. We ensure that our quality policy is appropriate to the context of our organization, meets the expectations of relevant interested parties and supports our strategic direction.

PROCESS ORIENTATION

We promote the process-oriented approach, including the systematic definition and control of processes and their interactions. The aim is that the desired results are in line with our quality policy and strategic orientation.

Plan-Do-Check-Act-Modell

With the help of the Plan-Do-Check-Act model, we want to ensure that we have adequate resources for the processes, that they are controlled and that there are opportunities for improvement. The main focus is on risk-based thinking.
